Born in 1967, Can Tokman completed his high school education in TED Ankara College, after which he was admitted to his first choice in national central university exam in 1984, Hacettepe University, Faculty of Dentistry, from where he later graduated as a dentist in 1990.
He worked on aesthetic prosthetic treatments in collaboration with Prof. Dr. Cengiz Tokman during 1991-1997 in Ankara and took charge in the conference series “100 Questions on Porcelain Crowns and Fixed Partial Dentures” in various regions of Turkey. Dr. Tokman worked in Dental Information Center, an institute also established by Prof. Dr. Cengiz Tokman and he shared his experiences with participating dentists and dental technicians during courses conducted on production techniques of Porcelain Crowns and Fixed Partial Dentures.
He took various professional courses within Turkey and also in several foreign countries, Dr. Tokman participated as a panellist and spokesman in several national Dentistry congresses on various subjects, as oral cancers and porcelain crowns and fixed partial dentures coming in the first place. He has completed various studies on topics such as function and aesthetics in total and partial missing teeth cases, colour in porcelain treatments, etc.
Having an proficiency level of English and German languages, Can Tokman has focused particularly on prosthetic treatments on implants and aesthetic dentistry.
Dr. Tokman worked in Dentanet Private Oral and Dental Health Center in Ankara during 1997 and 2007, particularly on prosthetic dentistry and implantology dentistry, after which he settled in Istanbul.
Presently, he continues active dentistry practice on patients at Istanbul Esthetic & Dentistry Clinic.
